Training TCS Integrated Global Support (IGS) Training provides the necessary skills and knowledge for first-class instruction anywhere around the globe. TCS’ commitment is to provide lifecycle services and end-to-end services, such as network design, IT support, system engineering, and security as well as training. Instruction is provided on the architecture, features, and environment of the target system; signal flow and block diagrams are reviewed in detail. Functional classroom demonstrations provide a sense of the system's capabilities and the scope of its administration. Combining classroom sessions with practical, hands-on learning, TCS IGS Training provides instruction from general technology courses to detailed, product-based teaching. Instructors with high-level clearance and in-the-field experience focus on specific program needs for configuring, assembling, maintaining, and troubleshooting deployed communications systems. Custom Design TCS recognizes that many organizations do not have the staff, facilities, or expertise to provide effective, quality training on their systems and networks. Capitalizing on experience gained while serving the government for more than 20 years, TCS Training designs and implements training programs for third-party products, equipment, systems, and documentation. This cost-effective option enables companies to instantly add a training component to their corporate infrastructure to secure “last-mile” success. Training Options TCS provides a broad range of training services from classroom training and immersive distance learning to computer-based interactive training (CBIT) courses. TCS training course curriculum covers the full spectrum from generalized technology courses to specific product-based practical instruction. Training can be delivered either in our state-of-the-art facilities in Atlanta, Georgia or globally as required, including in combat zones. TCS Documentation methodology includes best-of-breed commercial practices or MIL-STD practices based on customer needs to deliver the highest quality technical manuals and documentation at the desired cost point.
