Design for Ruggedness

Unlike most SSD companies that test their commercial designs to military standards, TCS designs SSDs from the ground up using proven rugged design techniques to meet the extreme demands of defense and aerospace applications. We combine extended temperature components, thick printed circuit boards with high reliability solder, and solid metal casing then have our designs independently tested to the full Mil-STD-810 specifications.

We also offer additional processing options such as conformal coating or silicone gel-fill to provide additional protection from moisture, shock and vibration.
