TCS supplies high reliability and ruggedized RTD for military and space applications.

Radiation Tolerant semiconductor devices and systems are resistant to damage or malfunctions caused by ionizing radiation. Such environments are likely to be encountered in outer space, high altitude flight or around nuclear reactors or nuclear events.

TCS’ products are based on commercial-off-the-shelf (COTS) semiconductor devices that are first characterized and then qualified after undergoing rigorous radiation testing.
