SwiftLink® Flyaway VSAT Terminals Overview

SwiftLink DVM-90 VSATMission-sensitive communications for military and emergency response teams often require access to high-speed satellite services. Field operators with limited VSAT experience need simple-to-operate systems. SwiftLink® DVM-90 [Mongoose]

SwiftLink® DVM-100A

  • Features the AvL Technologies 1060 flyaway antenna
  • The AvL positioner is three axis and features the simple, rugged Roto-Lok® drive system that provides zero backlash, high stiffness, and high reliability
  • Motorized positioner allows automatic satellite acquisition
  • Six-piece segmented reflector is assembled with captive fasteners extending IP-based services

SwiftLink® DVM-120

  • Plug-n-play with other SwiftLink systems via simple Ethernet interface
  • IP-data rates: Downstream: 128 Kb/s to 18 Mb/s, Upstream: 64 Kb/s to 4.2 Mb/s
  • Integrated iDirect Technologies satellite modem
  • GPS-based TracStar subsystem CAT5e inter-equipment

SwiftLink® DVM-200

  • Operator interface – front panel keyboard with 4-line display or remote PC
  • Auto-acquisition – one-button deployment with full-automatic satellite acquisition, peaking, and cross-pol adjustment, using GPS, compass, and level-senor inputs; certified auto-commission on certain satellite systems
  • Step-tracking with CFE beacon receiver to reduce gain loss to 0.8db without wind and 2.0db with operational winds
  • Satellite connectivity with iDirect Technologies Infinity 5300 Series modem, up to 18 Mbps downstream, and 4.2 upstream throughput
