TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) is a Prime contractor

Under this contract, TCS is authorized to provide IT facility operation and management, IT system analysis services, automated information system design and integration services, programming services, IT data conversion services, IT network management services, and other IT services.

Contract type: Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

Contract period: 5 years

Contract ceiling: None

Task order pricing: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M)

Eligibility: Departments of University of Maryland University College and other State of Maryland higher education entities with UMUC authorization.
