TCS is authorized to provide the City of Chicago with technology consulting services in the areas of application development; support and ongoing maintenance; Geographic Information Systems (GIS) application development, support, and ongoing maintenance; database support and ongoing maintenance; IT infrastructure design; and management consulting.
