Chris Nabinger

Senior Vice President and General Manager, Safety & Security Group

As Senior Vice President and General Manager of TeleCommunication Systems’ Safety & Security Group, Chris Nabinger is responsible for the wireless E9-1-1, Voice-over-Internet Protocol, E9-1-1 and Next Generation 9-1-1 businesses.  Additionally, Mr. Nabinger manages hosted location services and data center operations to support the company’s commercial software solutions. He also ensures that TCS maintains its enviable record of reliability through ISO 9001 and TL 9000.

Mr. Nabinger’s career in telecom has given him extensive experience building global engineering, operational, and program management teams for both public and privatecompanies worldwide. Most recently, he was an Executive Partner at Gartner Group, where he advised client companies on product, operational, and technology strategies. Previously, Mr. Nabinger was Chief Technology Officer of Masergy Communications, a global wide-area networking company. Prior to Masergy, he held senior management positions at Polycom, Philips, InfoSpace, Verizon, and AT&T.

Mr. Nabinger holds a bachelor’s degree in industrial technology from Binghamton University. He earned his master’s degree in management, computing, and systems from Houston Baptist University.
