Andre J. Gudger Senior Vice President, Solvern Innovations  As Senior Vice President of TeleCommunication Systems’ (TCS’) Solvern Innovations, Andre J. Gudger oversees the delivery of cyber security training and technology services for the Department of Defense and the US intelligence community. Mr. Gudger serves on the boards of several foundations and non-profit organizations. These include the University of Maryland Baltimore County (UMBC) Engineering Management Advisory Panel, the Technology Development Corporation of Maryland HBCU/MI advisory board, and the Maryland BRAC advisory board. He has been a keynote speaker on corporate strategy and global operations topics.

Mr. Gudger holds a bachelor of science degree in information systems management from the University of Maryland, Baltimore County, and an MBA from the University of North Carolina.
