TeleCommunication Systems, Inc. (TCS) is a subcontractor to NCI

TCS has teamed with NCI in support of the ITES-2S contract, a continuation of ITES-1. 
ITES-2S task areas include:

• Business process reengineering
• Information systems security
• Information assurance
• Information technology services
• Enterprise design, integration, and consolidation
• Education/training
• Program/project management
• Systems operation and maintenance
• Network support

Contract type: Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ)

Contract period: April 14, 2007 to April 13, 2010, with three additional two-year options

Contract ceiling: $20 billion

Task order pricing: Firm Fixed Price (FFP), Time & Materials (T&M), Cost Reimbursement (CR)

Eligibility: All DoD and Federal agencies
